As I reflect on my journey over the past few months, I am reminded of the lighthouse that stands steadfast against the tumultuous waves—a beacon of hope and guidance amidst the storm. My time as Office Leader was much like that lighthouse: illuminating the path for others while I navigated the unpredictable seas of the real estate industry. The experience I gained during this period was invaluable. I developed patience and a profound understanding of the intricate contracts that many brokers often overlook. More importantly, I learned how to navigate the diverse personalities and opinions that come with leading a team.
